At ACE Bloodborne Pathogens Training, we stand behind our certifications.
Digital Products: Because our products are delivered digitally, a refund may be requested under the following conditions:
Non-Completion: If you have purchased the course but have not yet started the training or accessed the exam, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
State Rejection: If your specific state or local health department does not accept our OSHA-compliant certificate, provide us with the rejection notice and we will issue a full refund.
How to Request a Refund: Please contact us at certified@acetrainingplatforms.com with your order number. Once your request is verified, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges: As our products are digital, exchanges are not applicable. If you purchased the wrong state-specific course, please contact support to have your enrollment updated.
